Terms and Conditions

Please read the following before making an order or purchase.

- Please be aware colours can look different from screen to real life. I don't use filters on photos to give as accurate an idea of colour as possible but cannot be held responsible for any difference.

- Please be aware that natural materials can sometimes contain imperfections such as flecks in the cord. This is part of the material and a feature of using such materials.

- Where branches or driftwood are used, these are cleaned and prepared without use of chemicals, to preserve the natural beauty of the material. Any use of wax, polish or paint is clearly stated on the item description.

- Measurements are accurate but please be aware that plant hangers will stretch a little with the weight of a plant.

- All crystals used in my work are ethically sourced or vintage/second hand. They are always cleansed before use, and infused with intention during the creative process.

CUSTOM ORDERS

- Please use the contact form or email at jessicarosehomecrafts@outlook.com to commission a bespoke item.

- Once colour and design has been agreed, you will be sent a Paypal invoice. Payment must be made in full before the item will be made and dispatched.

- I am happy to see pictures for reference and ideas of a style you like, but please don't ask me to copy someone else's design, as that's not something I will do.

- Items showing as in stock will be dispatched within two working days, with a tracking number. Custom orders are usually made and dispatched within two weeks of order date, unless requiring a component which is out of stock. Any delay will be clearly communicated on receipt of order. If item is required for a specifc date, please let me know when ordering and I will do my best to accommodat.e

SAFETY

- Please be aware of the risk posed to children and animals around hanging decor.

- Ensure you use appropriate fixings for the surfaces you are hanging from, I accept no responsibility for any damage caused if fixings fail. 

- Shelves are designed to hold lightweight items only, do not overload.

- It is not advised to use naked flame tealights or candles in any holders, battery operated tealights or candles are suggested. Natural materials are flammable.

RETURNS

- Returns on ready made items accepted within 14 days of receipt if faulty, or if no longer required as long as returned in the same condition. You are liable for postage on returns. In the first instance, if any issue please contact me at jessicarosehomecrafts@outlook.com, I will try to rectify any problem if possible. 

- Returns on custom  orders are only allowed if faulty, which must be notified upon receipt.
